Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Darvin Ebanks, Realtor ("I", "me") collects through DarvinEbanksRealtor.com and by text message, how it is used, and the choices you have. I am a real estate agent based in Macon, Georgia, with Southern Classic Realtors.
Information I collect
- What you give me: your name, email address, mobile number, property address, and anything you write in a form or message.
- Your text-message choices: whether you agreed to receive texts, which kind (about your inquiry, or market updates too), the date, and the web page where you agreed.
- Basic technical data: like most websites, the hosting service records standard information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working. This site does not use advertising cookies.
How I use it
- To answer your questions and provide real estate services you ask for: home searches, showings, home-value estimates, and help buying or selling.
- To send the guide or information you requested.
- To send text messages only if you agreed to them (see below and the Texting Terms).
- To keep records my brokerage and the law require for real estate transactions.
Text messaging and your mobile number
Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected for text messaging is used only to send the messages you agreed to. The only outside parties that handle your number are the service providers that deliver the messages for me, and only to deliver them.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
When information is shared
I do not sell your personal information. I share it only:
- With service providers that help me run my business (website hosting, email, my customer-relationship software and message delivery), under their own privacy and security obligations;
- With the people involved in your transaction when you ask me to act for you (for example a lender, closing attorney, inspector or the other agent), and with my brokerage, Southern Classic Realtors, as required;
- When the law requires it.
How long I keep it
I keep your information as long as needed to serve you and to meet brokerage and legal record-keeping rules, then delete it.
Your choices
- Stop texts any time by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or by asking me.
- Ask me to see, correct or delete your information: email [email protected] or call 478.444.3928.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
